U.S. Credit Academy

Because there are no "automated systems" for debt arbitration, your file will be negotiated manually by a trained professional.  U.S Credit Academy does not have staff arbitrators, but we have a very skilled network of third-party arbitrators who have agreed to provide our users FREE arbitration estimates.  As such, if you are interested in having a debt arbitration professional contact you, we will arrange that for you.

You are likely an excellent debt arbitration/negotiation candidate if you meet these basic parameters.

  • Consumer debt in unsecured credit accounts totalling over $5,000
  • Credit scores (FICOs) close to or below 500 points
  • Severely delinquent credit accounts, preferably more than 3-4 months late or in collection
  • Homeowner with equity and verifiable income OR access to cash to payoff reduced (arbitrated) debts

If you miss on some of them, you may or may not be a good debt arbitration candidate, but it is still a good idea to get a quote.

Please complete the following information to the best of your ability.  We will forward the results of this brief survey to the appropriate professionals who, in turn, can assist you.  In most cases, an Account Executive will be in touch with you within one business day.
