Terms & Usage Agreement
U.S Credit Academy (USCA) is an online repository of information, links and resources designed to assist consumers in finding solutions for their credit and debt challenges. Our goal is to provide site users a balance of helpful, complimentary tools and information and "fee for service" resources. USCA gives preference to services that it determines to be of most benefit to the site users, especially those services that are competitively priced (or free) and that offer a service guarantee.
Information posted to this site does not consititute legal advice. USCA highly encourages all users to seek legal counsel for guidance specific to their situation.
USCA may or may not be affiliated with third-parties to whom we may make reference in this site. In fact, if site users know of other useful resources that we should consider adding to the site, we request that they Contact Us with that information. Again, our goal is to provide our users with the very best resources available to help them through or, ideally, to help them avoid difficult credit or debt situations.
Please note that site users are bound by this Terms & Usage Agreement and that USCA does not warrant the accuracy of any of the information posted in this site. Further, USCA does not assume any liability or responsibility for the negligent actions of third-parties. Our references to companies like American Credit Education Services, National Credit Services, Amazon.com, and U.S. Mortgage Reduction, Inc. do not constitute endorsement of those companies. USCA does not retain records of information that would be subject to current state and federal privacy act laws. We encourage all site users to review our Privacy Policy. Site users should be mindful, however, that every third-party company to which USCA makes reference may have their own policies governing the protection of your private data. It is incumbent upon you to determine if those third-parties have policies that suit your privacy needs. USCA does not warrant that any third-party or affiliate is in compliance with state or federal privacy laws.
USCA does maintain an opt-in e-newsletter service. This service is completely optional and all users may opt-out at any time by simply logging into their password-protected account and modifying the settings accordingly. Site users who do opt-in to this or future e-newsletter services understand that USCA may freely market to them any product or service that USCA deems to be in line with the spirit of this site: providing resources that help site users navigate through difficult credit and debt issues. USCA does not plan to sell or distribute data that is collected via e-newsletter subscriptions, but reserves the right to do so. If users do not agree to the terms of this policy, their only recourses are to either not participate in the free e-newsletter program or to opt-out of it if they have already enrolled in it.
